Shoulder pain, periarthritis

The osteoarthritis pain of the shoulder can be very severe and disabling and radiate to the neck and arms. It is caused by the inflammation of the joint capsule and surrounding tissues. This is a very common complaint among those lifting heavy weight (nurses, nursing assistants, manual workers, etc..). In ancient cases, the pain worsens at night.

The method Asia Vital proposed here, through the application of gentle self massage of acupuncture points, tendons and muscles (Do In), simple practices of stretching and Qi Gong (Chinese preventive movements) accessible to all, is designed to release the shoulder and trapezius muscles, to activate blood circulation and promote the regeneration of bone cartilage.

It aims, to complement your treatments, to untie your shoulders and relieve your pain, giving way to a feeling of lightness and well-being and helps you to gradually regain the ease of movements.

The exercises do not have cons-indications but should be performed in calm and the attention to oneself.
