Menstrual pain

Cramps in the lower abdomen before, during, or after menstruations, characterize the menstrual pains. They can be intense and considerably disturb women, sometimes accompanied by nausea and breast distension. In Chinese medicine, premenstrual pains are always a sign of poor circulation of blood and energy in the gynecological organs.
