Common cold

Runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, headache, mild fever, and chills that are due to irritation and respiratory congestion characterize the common cold. Installation of pathogenic factor responsible for the cold implies a weakening of your immune system.  The principle of Chinese medicine treatment is to rebalance the ground on which the virus develops. The virus is weakened by lack of nutrition.

The method Asia Vital proposed here aims to help your body remove the pathogenic factor which disturbs your organism and is responsible for your symptoms, activating the indicated energy networks. It consists of self-massages of acupuncture points and anatomical areas (Do In), Stretching, and Chinese preventive pratices (Qi Gong)  accessible to everyone.

It aims to decongest your nose and sinuses, prevent bronchial complications, and restores the balance of your vital energy

The exercises do not have contraindications, but should be practiced in peace and the attention to oneself.
