If you encounter problems when using the website Asia Vital, please check the following points.


Asia Vital site is optimized for viewing with a minimum width of 1280 pixels. If display offset, check the display resolution of your system.

Asia Vital site is optimized for the major browsers (Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), in a recent version. If you are using an older version, please update.

To end a recurring payment

When you subscribe to Asia Vital protocols, a Paypal account is automatically created. Later this will allow you to eventually put an end to recurring payments associated with this subscription. So keep your access/password to your PayPal account. To stop a recurring payment you must log into your Paypal account. For this you will find "unsubscribe" buttons at the bottom of pages presenting subscriptions (menu "Protocol presentation" on Asia Vital website). Once logged in your Paypal account, go to 'My Account' tab and click 'Preferences'. In the column 'Financial Information', click on 'My preapproved payments ", then click on the merchant name or subscription. A new detail page appears, you must click on "Cancel" to stop the recurring payment.
A few minutes later, we received a notification from Paypal as payment which the recurring been canceled.

Display the video and check Quicktime plugin

To properly view the videos on the site you need the Quick time plugin. Before installing this you can check the list and the status of your plugins, according to your web browser:

Mozilla Firefox :

  • menu "Tools / Add-ons or Extensions"
  • the plugins list is displayed
  • if you don't see the "QuickTime Player" plugin you should install it (view procedure below)
  • if "QuickTime Player" is displayed, ensure it is enabled (if not the case, click on the link to enable it)
  • test again the video display in Asia Vital.

Chrome :

  • copy and paste "chrome://plugins" in Chrome address bar
  • the plugins list is displayed
  • if you don't see the "QuickTime Player" plugin you should install it (view procedure below)
  • if "QuickTime Player" is displayed, ensure it is enabled (if not the case, click on the link to enable it)
  • test again the video display in Asia Vital.

Internet Explorer :

  • "Tools" menu (icon in the upper right of the window) and choose Add-ons or Extensions
  • the plugins list is displayed
  • if you don't see the "Apple Inc - Quicktime Object" plugin you should install it (view procedure below)
  • if "Apple Inc - Quicktime Object" is displayed, ensure it is enabled (if not the case, click on the link to enable it)
  • test again the video display in Asia Vital.

Quicktime plugin installation

If the video does not display correctly please follow this installation procedure:

  • Click the following link to download Quicktime
  • Once the file is loaded / double click to start the installation.
  • Follow the instructions.
  • Restart your browser after installation.
  • Test the video display on the site.

Internet Explorer issue and solutions

The 64 bits version of Internet Explorer is not compatible with Quicktime plugin. To check your version click the "Tools" menu (icon in the upper right of the window) and choose "about Internet Explorer". If this reference "64 bits edition" appears after the version number, you should use the 32 bits edition of Internet Explorer, or another web browser (Mozilla, Chrome).

If you do not yet see the video despite this installation and if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, follow this manipulation in the browser:

  • "Tools" menu (icon in the upper right of the window)
  • Menu under "Internet Options"
  • "Security" tab
  • Tab under "trusted sites"
  • Click on "Sites"
  • "http://www.asia-vital.com" must be displayed in the "Add this website to the zone", if this is not the case copy / paste the Asia Vital website address in this field.
  • Then click the "add" button to place Asia Vital in the list of trusted sites. If the error message "the website added should use https prefix ...." appears, uncheck "require server verification ..." then click again on "Add".

If the entire site is not displayed at all in the browser Microsoft Internet Explorer:

  • Click the small icon ie2 on the top of the window, just after the field displaying the website address (http://www ...).

If after all these steps, you still can not view the site properly, thank you email us to clarify your problem (problem type, browser used and system ...).
